Chauncey Jerome, New Haven, Conn., C.1850, 30-hour cottage timepiece.
CONDITION:
stripped mahogany and softwood case in clean condition. Original painted dial is pretty clean with some repair at the winding arbor, the mounting pins and between 1 and 2 o'clock. Original reverse stenciled door glass has some wear and loss to the design, lower edge. Hands appear to be original. Movement is signed. Ht 12.5"
